This website is a product of partnership working with contributions from both the Voluntary & Community and Statutory Sectors. We would wish to thank all partner agencies for supplying up to date information enabling us to develop this new edition.

We would like to thank the Community Empowerment Fund (CEF) Steering Group for their support in the production of this second edition of the Partnership and Planning Group Pack website.
